Your Destiny – Your Desire

Greetings and good wishes.
We all come across few questions at various point in our lives. The questions are born from the zeal to excel and succeed at the highest level.
What is it that’s best in me?
How do I search my true potential?
How do I realize the worth of what i can do?
But most of the times we give up at this very point without swelling further into the quest.
Careers in our country are chosen by constraints and not by passion. The society ends up deciding our path and we all end up deciding our needs at that moment. We work upon the ideology of seizing the opportunity which falls in our path!!
We fail to find the inspiration that lies around us in leaps and bounds. Inspiration and examples that show us the worth of following our heart.
What if Steve Jobs had decided against pursuing his vision?
Most of the times we are conditioned to choose the easy path and follow the society. A doctor’s son should become a doctor and an engineer’s son should become an engineer. We as humans look for secure and safe options which are time-tested.
This debate between What to be and What Not to be is critical to success of a human being, an organization as well as society. It defines the boundaries in which you want to exist. It defines the rules by which one lives!
I have learned from the ‘Three Idiots’ A story of Mr. Chetan Bhagat. (It was loosely adapted from the novel Five Point Someone by Chetan Bhagat) and film directed by Rajkumar Hirani and the leading actor of this film is our favourite none other than Mr. Amir Khan. It represents a clarity of mind which people spend ages to discover!
This is the area where an HR Professional comes to the forefront. In our country, the Role of HR is nowadays confined to only look on the Brand name from where the Employee belongs and how many years he work there.
If your HR generates a belief in you that “Of-course, you can do this” and thereby tapping your true potential and provide you courage to break the notions and explore the unexplored. That will be the Ideal Company of professional in which one certainly love to work.
Remember, This blog is not meant for Performance Appraisal Skills, Appointments, Recruitments, Defining Goals and Targets or Skill Assessments. If you are looking for these, we render our apologies for we are looking at aspects much beyond these issues. We are not going to develop your technical skills either. We are not a consultancy firm who can tell you what to do and what not to do.
We are here to share our experiences with people across the globe. This blog is about igniting the fire within each person. To explore and understand whats hidden and whats important. It is this understanding of the power of common sense which we tend to ignore at times without even realising the same fact. This blog gives emphasis on what is that TATAs have and Microsoft doesn’t.

Facebook name should be Gamesbook or Facegame.
All people joined to it are mostly indulged in playing games. Although, it provides a platform to interact peoples all over the globe (I agree with it). Yet it mostly serve the people who are playing games such as Mafia War, Poker, YoVille and many other games.
It is collectively serving Game Platform for addicted peoples, who can spent 8-10 Hrs on daily basis.
Going on clicking here n there, to do complete missions and rolling the dice, to compete within friends. Collecting and increasing their virtual bank balance day by day to feel happy.
All these things enhancing the people virtual life on Computers through Internet and people moving away to spent time to meet face to face personally.
I would like to have your opinion on this, and appreciate your comments.
Do you receive some error message? What kind of error message it is?
Are you able to fix it?

We are always concern with our PC and data contained that should be safe and not be get corrupted. But all error messages comes up in your daily use are not been so important to mess up with them.
As for simple example, when you open a word file from a folder say MY DOCUMENTS.
Now if by mistake you kept open the file and go back to My Document folder and tried to delete that. You should get an error message.
“This cannot be done as it is used by other program.”
If you have forgot the open file, and mess up with it to try again. You should be nowhere but in a false dilemma of getting error message each time while trying to do so.
This is just an example how much we are worried about the Errors comes up, instead to being known how stupid we are.
Now a question arises – “Are we only fool or the so called Experts of MICROSOFT WINDOWS are fool” ???
Why they keep the button Delete still shown their, why don’t they hide it. If the file open, it should be hide from the menu, or simply the delete function should not be operation then.
But if we think smartly and leave the message unattended. We may come to find that the file is still open. And after closing it we are able to delete.
MORALE OF THE STORY:
So please keep in your mind, EACH AND EVERY ERROR has its own significance and Time period to be there. And with the progression of your work, your continuous exposure to it may resolve the problem in the END.

Every time on startup client facing the issue on his NEW DELL Insipiron Notebook, loaded with Vista Home 32 bit.
Inspiron, Dell Laptop,
He claimed that he only installled Nokia PC Suite on his notebook and it is working fine with bluetooth connection.
Still getting warning message for Bluetooth peripheral Device not installed correctly.. Please check a solution etc etc.
Client already taken support from Dell and the techinian are not able to solve or said this problem is out of their coverage area.
He contact me on Chat and discuss the problem. I have first advised him to disconnect/Disable the Bluetooth and restart the PC.
After restart still get the same message, then I advise client to unpair the Mobile from Laptop and reset it again.
And wow it works saying Bluetooth Device is installed correctly now.
No more startup error messages.
This makes client happy and sent me 10$ as a donation for my service after I refuse it but he said you deserve this as it makes me comfortable to use my New Laptop confidently.
