Every time on startup client facing the issue on his NEW DELL Insipiron Notebook, loaded with Vista Home 32 bit.

Inspiron, Dell Laptop,

He claimed that he only installled Nokia PC Suite on his notebook and it is working fine with bluetooth connection.

Still getting warning message for Bluetooth peripheral Device not installed correctly.. Please check a solution etc etc.

Client already taken support from Dell and the techinian are not able to solve or said this problem is out of their coverage area.

He contact me on Chat and discuss the problem. I have first advised him to disconnect/Disable the Bluetooth and restart the PC.

After restart still get the same message, then I advise client to unpair the Mobile from Laptop and reset it again.

And wow it works saying Bluetooth Device is installed correctly now.

No more startup error messages.

This makes client happy and sent me 10$ as a donation for my service after I refuse it but he said you deserve this as it makes me comfortable to use my New Laptop confidently.
